How to Measure Weight Belt: To measure for your belt size, you should measure the distance from the roller on the buckle to the center adjustment hole on tongue. This will allow you to go up or down in weight and still use your belt. If you already have an existing weight belt that fits you well, measure from the roller to the most worn hole to be most accurate. If you do not have an existing weight belt, you can still get your measurement by measuring your waist (around your belly button). The most common way to get a measurement is to use a tape measure and take your measurement in a relaxed state. Do not use your pant size to determine the size of your belt as that is not accurate for weight belt measurements. Please allow for what ever basic style of clothing you would wear while working out so you have the most accurate measurement.
